For every brand drug on the TrumpRx.gov catalog we record the federal TrumpRx cash price, then cross reference the lowest publicly listed cash price across GoodRx, Cost Plus Drugs, Amazon Pharmacy, LillyDirect, NovoCare, the Yusimry adalimumab biosimilar, and the Semglee insulin biosimilar. The site computes a savings delta and labels each drug as "Cheaper generic available", "TrumpRx is the cheapest", "Tied pricing", or "No generic". We do not dispense drugs. We never recommend research peptides. We point you to whichever licensed channel has the cheapest legal price and you transact directly with that pharmacy.

GLP-1 weight loss landscape
The GLP-1 category sits in a four-tier regulatory framework. Patents on every Tier A GLP-1 except generic exenatide are still in force in 2026. How often are prices updated?
The published dataset reflects a snapshot timestamped in the footer (currently 2026-05-12). Cash prices on retail competitors drift weekly. Members who opt in get email alerts the moment any drug on their list gets cheaper.
Are generics safe?
